Return Policy

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, With that we offer a no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 15 days of the receipt date and you will get the return amount minus a 15% restocking fee (does not apply to Tribs Custom Reels or Beads). All costs necessary for return shipping will fall on the customer and not on Tribs Reels.
